Greetings, fellow Wastelanders!

Welcome to my Transfer Settlement Blueprint for Sanctuary. This is for people who'd like to play with secure walls from the get-go, and who'd like to do it with some medieval style. This settlement was originally built for my own pleasure, and I'm sharing it now as a favor to some friends who have requested it as a transfer blueprint. This is my first "mod" ever, so if I've erred, please understand it's an honest mistake. Let me know if there's an issue, and I will try to fix it.

***Update to description***
12 March 2018

It has come to my attention that I should have specified that I created this settlement blueprint by using the "scrapall" command. There are no vanilla assets except for the settlement sign, the bunker's hatch, and of course, the bridge.

I have also tested the navmesh for my walls, and the NPCs can navigate through all three gates as of the time that I uploaded this blueprint.

Again, as always, thank you for your interest in my settlement blueprint. It's nice to be able to share the things we enjoy with those of like mind.

***End of update***

Yes, I understand it may not be lore friendly. If this bothers you, feel free to move on, no hard feelings. I have modeled this blueprint on my experiences traveling to walled cities like Talin, Estonia; Dubrovnik, Croatia; and Rothenburg Ob Der Tauber, in Germany. These are modern cities that have preserved their medieval heritage, and I've modeled this version of Sanctuary with that in mind.

I've used Place Everywhere to get things into place, and otherwise, have done my best to keep the design simple to reduce the number of mods required to download this blueprint. You will need the following: Workshop DLC, Ethreon's Master Plan, Atom's Greatness, Cabin in the Woods, Castle in the Sky; and Greekrage's Picks: Sanctuary Road Pieces Plus, Version 3.

Sanctuary Ob Der Concord is written to Transfer Settlement Blueprints slot number 1.

To install, unzip the .7z file, and drag and drop the data folder in your Fallout 4 directory. Go ahead and click yes, when asked if you want to merge the folders. Mine are all empty except for the one with the .json file, so there is no danger of anything I've included overwriting anything on your computer. (I otherwise assume, that if you're downloading this, that you probably know how to do this already, and/or have read the instructions on CDante's page for Transfer Settlements.

A huge, huge, thanks, and serious debt of gratitude go out to the authors: Ethreon for his Master Plan and associated works, CDante for Transfer Settlements,  Greekrage for the road bits, The Lich for Place Everywhere, and the team at F4SE. Thank you all, for helping make my game endlessly replayable and interesting.

I've uploaded this as a Nexus exclusive blueprint. Under no circumstances do I give permission for this to be uploaded elsewhere. IF this blueprint is seen anywhere else, know that it is stolen.

***Version 1.1***

Added a few roof pieces and defensive parapets that I'd forgotten previously. Added doors everywhere. No other changes at this time.
