The Stout Pistol is a lore friendly looking .50 cal revolver. This mod is a standalone weapon from a much larger mod I'm working on called A Kelly Story. This page will be updated when that mod comes out. In the mean time, enjoy!

Check out the video:





Head on over to the Forgotten Church in the Glowing Sea, the Stout Pistol and some ammo lies within. No fancy quests on this one as A Kelly Story would be the fancy quest. 



Installs normally. Includes archives for simple installation, just install with mod manager or put the unzipped contents into your Data folder and load the plugin.

What's the lore behind this weapon?
Nonexistent right now. A Kelly Story will clear this up.

When's A Kelly Story coming out?
When it's done lol. Give me a few months.

How can this gun hold 6 rounds of .50 caliber bullets?
The cylinder is quite sturdy and won't explode into shrapnel when firing due to the thinner walls around each bullet. Does that make sense?

Make more mods for it?
Maybe in A Kelly Story.

That's not a question. But uhh, yeah it's oily and stuff.

You made this FAQ before anyone had any questions, how is that 'frequent'?
Yeah that's the point of this, so no one does ask these questions.






Right now, this mod is standalone from other mods and is only made to work with the vanilla Fallout 4 experience. It will not interfere or cause issues with other weapon mods.

Mods like Horizon aren't supported. I won't be doing any compatibility patches of any kind, someone else can though. Whoever would like to do this can contact me.

This mod does not modify any vanilla records, including level lists through scripted injecting or otherwise. Mods that modify the Forgotten Church will not conflict but may make the weapon appear in a weird position or something.

Have not tested this mod with Fallout 4 VR.

For other mod authors: This mod's shorthand for Editor ID's is HND. All records have HND in their Editor ID as well as file paths.





This mod was entirely made by me. This includes the weapon meshes, the animations, CK work, sounds and textures.

This mod is standalone from A Kelly Story. This page will be updated once that mod comes out. Other than that, bug fixes? Sure.
