Visited Coastal Cottage and decided to rebuild it from the ground up and turn it into Coastal Manor, containing a large main house, a large staff house, a cellar, 5 shops/stores, 2 bars, an outdoor pool, manicured lawn, 3 entrances and a third building to do with as you please.

What I did
I first installed the fantastic Clean and Simple - Coastal Cottage Startup by Jencave and then went and deleted all the buildings (not using scrapall). Once I had my empty canvas I then built the Coastal Manor from the ground up and tried to use every inch of it. I placed very minimal furniture in the mansion to allow for your own creative input, but it does have enough to get you started.
So what do you get?
How do you get it?
1 - Download and install Clean and Simple - Coastal Cottage Startup by Jencave (See requirements)
2 - Make sure you have all the requirements downloaded and installed correctly (See requirements)
3 - Download Coastal Mansion and copy .json file to any empty slot.
4 - Go to Coastal Cottage and delete the buildings (do not use scrapall command as this will delete all the rocks as well)
5 - Import Coastal Mansion from the selected slot .
6 - Follow Transfer settlement instructions once loaded.
7 - Move in and decorate the mansion to your own liking.
With Snappy House Kit you will also need to install Snappy DecoKit, Snappy BldgShell patch and the Snappy HouseKbase patch as well, for some reason Transfer Settlement does not recognise the patches are included in the updated Snappy House kit.
Installation :
You should have F4SE, HUDFramework, and Transfer Settlements installed correctly.
Manual Install Instructions:
Download and unzip to C:\Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout
4/data/f4se/Plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints/??/ (Paste .json file to desired empty slot)

I was inspired to build this after downloading and using the fantastic settlement 'The Playboy Mansion at Coastal Cottage' by Ozzyzzo, this is in no way another version of that or even anything like it, but it did inspire me to build Coastal Manor, if you have not seen Ozzyzzo's Playboy mansion I thoroughly recommend you have a look at it, it is way cool.
