I'm kind of curious what settlement expansion mod you used for this build, as JennCave's doesn't cover the area of the entire building, and was wondering which expansion mod you used. As neither Neeher's All Settlement Expansion mod, nor does Build High completely covers this blueprint's build area. Other than that, it looks great. Very creative

P.S. If you pack the folders as Coastal Manor>data>F4SE>plugins>transfersettlements>blueprints>1(or any number up to 50) then you can zip it and make it load through the mod manager. Just warn people what folder number you chose so they don't overwrite a blueprint.

I used to do that but then got a few saying they could not find the settlement or other stuff, so opted for a lesser complaint strategy, but thank you for the advice, I may return to the sensible side : ).
