this one is a place for rich post apocalyptic people living in the commonwealth. Nobody wants to live forever in a destroid and depressive world, so here is a place where you can chill after a long and hard day in the commonwealth. The house and the area has everything what your heart desires.

outside: Pool area, barbeque area, half basketball field, fitness area, beach and pool bar, tennis hall, party zone "sky longue", extra "sky cinema", helicopter pad...
inside: chimney room, sauna, kitchen, living room incl. bar, sunroom...
