Adds Children of Atom decor from the Nucleus into the workshop menu

Hi all! From the first time I saw it I loved the atmosphere and look of the Nucleus. The glowing skulls, the fusion core candles...awesome! However I was disappointed that the only aspect of this amazing decor you could use yourself were a few bottle lanterns. Boo! So I set about changing that...

This mod adds extra lanterns, glowing skulls, fusion core candles, single candles and toxic waste barrels into the Miscellaneous Decorations section of the workshop, meaning you can create some amazing themed settlements (see my screenshots for examples. Bear in mind that I also used the Homemaker mod to add a few more props, such as boxes and crates, so you'll need both mods to recreate my settlements exactly).

I've created a hazardous rad-emitting barrel in the Traps section, which at present doesn't emit actual radiation...however it DOES add 2 defense points to your settlement. If anyone has any ideas how to add a rad zone to a static object, please let me know!

**You will need all official DLC (Far Harbor, Automatron, Nuka World and the Workshop DLCs) installed to run this mod**
Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Fallout 4's Data folder.
When opening the launch menu, select Mods and tick the mod to enable it.
Play, enjoy.

Uninstall
---------
Simply delete the .esp files.

Added *GLOWING* Child of Atom Nucleus decor to the workshop menu. They ONLY appear after you join the Children of Atom in Far Harbor.
FIX: Lit decorations should now snap to any flat surface. Please note that any items added in version 1.0 will no longer be selectable, or may vanish. There's no real way around this except to type scrapall in the console and start over, or preferably to scrap them before installing the update. Version 1.1 items should still be ok.

Add hazardous radioactive barrels to the workshop.
Add an armor mod specific to Child of Atom robes and armor, dealing radiation damage to nearby enemies (same effect as Rad Coils from Automatron).
Add Beacon of Atom, which recruits special Child of Atom settlers instead of the regular kind (I may abandon this as it's a little pointless. You can still kit out your settlers as Children anyway, and I'm struggling with dialogue options as the voice actors for Children/Settlers don't completely overlap. In addition, they currently attack suppliers and trade caravans, and base defenses try and attack them too).
Making Children in the Commonwealth non-hostile after you join them in Far Harbor (might end up as a separate mod).
