Double-barrel Shotgun Edit

I found it odd that the Double-barrel was 1 shot before reloading as apposed to 2. So I changed it a little. I changed the base damage to be slightly stronger than the Sawed-off, and made it where each shot takes only one bullet as apposed to two.
