Adds a new weapon to the game named the Plasma Caster

Adds the P94 Plasma Caster to the game. Based of of the Plasma Caster from New Vegas, using the model, textures and sounds from Classic P94 Plasma Rifle ver 2 made by DaiShiHun
The Weapon
The Plasma Caster is a slow firing automatic Big Gun whose stats are based off the Plasma Caster from New Vegas. It uses Microfusion cells, and has DPS of 90.
Location
The weapon can be found on Enclave Soldiers who would normally carry a Minigun or Gatling Laser.
Rococo Rockfowl now carries one as his weapon of choice.
There is one found in Mothership Zeta's Cargo Hold.
And another can be found in Broken Steel's Enclave Mobile Base.
Compatibility
Outcast Collection Agent Expanded - One of the main files allow for you to give the Plasma Caster to Protector Casdin.
Plasma Defender - If you are using the Outcast Collection Agent Expanded file from the Plasma Defender and this mod, download the patch file.
