Adds a Unique Silenced 10mm Pistol and a Unique Raider Badlands Armor.

What Makes Them Unique
The weapon has increased damage vs the standard Assault rifle (12 vs 8), has an increased crit chance and increased the weapons health (160 vs 80)
The Armor has increased DR (20 vs 16), Increased health (300 vs 100), and gives +5 Small Guns and +1 Endurance
Obtaining The Gear
The weapon and armor are located in the Grocer at the Northwest Seneca Station
