Adds 8 perks from Fallout New Vegas to the game.

Perks Added
The Professional - Level 6, Req: Sneak 45
Up close and personal , that's how you like it. Your Sneak Attack Criticals with pistols, revolvers, and submachine guns, whether Small Guns or Energy Weapons, all inflict 20% more Damage

Cowboy - Level 8, Req: Sm. Guns 45, Melee Weap. 45
You do 25% more damage when using any revolver, lever-action rifle, or knife.

Grunt - Level 8, Req: Sm. Guns 45, Explosives 30
Just good, honest infantry work! You do 25% more damage with 10mm Pistols and SMGs, Assault Rifles, all Grenade Types, and Combat Knives.

Fight The Power! - Level 10
You had enough of so-called "athorities" pushing poor folks around! You gain +5% DR (Max or 85%), and +5% Critical Chance against anyone in the Factions of Enclave, Brotherhood of Steel, Outcast or the Pitt Raiders.

Better Healing - Level 12, Req: Int 5, Med. 65
You have gotten healing down to a science! All healing consumables regain 20% more health.

Purifier - Level 12
As a purifier of the wasteland, you do +50% damage with melee and unarmed weapons against Centaurs, Deathclaws, Super Mutants, and Feral Ghouls.

Burden To Bear - Level 16, Req: Str 6, End 6
The wastelander with the most gear wins! (...or at least survives.) You can now carry an additional 50 pounds of gear. This perk also stacks with Strong Back and can raise your carry weight beyond 300 lbs.

Laser Commander - Level 22, Req: Energy Weap, 90
From the humble Laser Pistol to the mighty Gatling Laser, you do +15% damage and have a +10% chance to critically hit with any laser weapon.

NEW TO 1.1
Sneering Imperialist - Level 8
You don't take kindly to raiders, junkies, or tribals trying to "settle" or "stay alive" in civilized lands. Against dirty raider and junkie types as well as the Point Lookout tribals you do +15% Damage and have a bonus to hit in V.A.T.S.

NEW TO 1.2
Hunter - Level 2, Req: END 7
In Combat,  you do +75% Critical Damage against animals and mutated animals.

Center of Mass - Level 12, Req: Sm. Guns 70
You don't fool around with fancy trick shots. Straight to the midsection and down they go. In VATS, you do an additional 15% damage with attacks targeting the torso.


Hobbler - Level 12, Req: PER 7
With the Hobbler perk, your chance to hit an opponent's legs in V.A.T.S. is significantly increased.

Added Protectron's Gaze to both the Professional and Laser Commander

Fixed Fight the Power! to add the crit chance instead of crit damage.

The Icons included with this mod are from Vanilla Fallout 3. If you want the Icons from New Vegas, you must retrieve them yourself. The instructions will be in the Spoiler.

First you will need to unpack the .bsa files in the Fallout New Vegas Data folder. The specific ones you want to unpack are the Fallout - Textures, HonestHearts - Main, LonesomeRoad - Main and your DeadMoney - Main. I suggest using the B.A.E. tool. I'll have it linked at the bottom of the page. Next you need to find the following files.

Compatibility
DW2 Weapon Pack
The Lever-Action Shotgun and Single Shotgun were added to the Cowboy Perk.
The Belt-fed Machine Gun, and Chinese LMG were added to the Grunt Perk.
The Laser RCW was added to the Laser Commander Perk.
The  9mm Pistol, 12.7mm Pistol, Laser RCW, and .45 Auto SMG were added to The Professional.
Ash
Ash was added to the Laser Commander Perk
The Montgomery Rifle
The Montgomery Rifle was added to the Grunt Perk
NS NIF-Bashed Weapons Pack by NS97
The Scopeless .44 Magnum was added to the Cowboy Perk
The Marksman Rifle and Automatic .308 Rifle were added to the Grunt Perk
The .32 Submachine Gun, Automatic Chinese Pistol, Soviet Submachine Gune and Supressed 10mm Submachine Gun wer added to The Professional Perk.
