Better starting equipment for all classes/most subclasses, based on DND 5E rules

Changelogs
Every class's starting gear has been changed to better fit the PHB rules.

This mod must be loaded below all class & subclass mods

All subclass patches must be loaded below their respective mods

All clothing & equipment patches must be loaded below their respective mods

Overall Changes:
- All characters now start with handwear
- Hide Gloves for Barbarian (the second entry on this page)
- Druidic Bracers for Druid
- Monastic Handwraps for Monk (the first entry on this page)
- Leather Gloves for everyone else (the fourth entry on this page)
- Replaced basic shoes model with Firm-Soled Boots
- Replaced basic boots model with Heavy Boots
