    wyll doesnt seem to start with his rapier and every comp seems to default to a bow instead of a melee weapon when you pick them up?

      Sounds like some kind of load order issue, this mod needs to be loaded last or nearly last

      its not quite last its before the comp framework and the companion alterntive mods, and after everything else, other then that there isnt much more inbetween it and that, its odd, -shrugs- oh well

      Might be the companion alternative stuff, I'd try it actually last. This mod doesn't use CF so it should be fine.

      well i took everything out except the comp stuff and put it at the end its still auto equiping the crossbow instead of the melee weapon stuff,  i really dont understand why lol

    Really cool. It always annoyed me that Paladin and Fighter had to start with Medium Armor. Making a Heavy armor focused character and being forced to start with medium just feels silly.

    hmm it overwrites the hexblade starting equipment?  even with the patch?

      Yes that's the point. The author made it start with Fighter equipment, which this mod changes to heavy armor, which Hexblade doesn't have proficiency with. The patch swaps it to Warlock equipment so it fits the rules & doesn't end up with armor it can't use.

      Unlikely, this only affects equipment lists.

    Hi can you make a version where fighter starts with splint armour?

      The point of this is to match the rules, Splint is 17 AC base, Chain is 16.

    This is a great idea, but the paladin should start with a longsword, not a war hammer. I do not understand why Larian thought paladins should have a war hammer when their traditional and iconic weapon has always been a longsword.

      Yeah you're not wrong. I decided to leave it since everyone ditches the +0 weapons as soon as you get off the naultiloid.

    Would have been cool if the mod added race based weapon changes like longbows for elves,  battleaxes for dwarves and greatswords for githyankis.
