Enhanced Graphics

This mod enables additional settings in the graphics menu, without replacing any original settings. I deliberately did not change structure of the settings code, did not remove unnecessary or hardware restrictions, just added new lines of code. To escape some problems, as was the case with "Improved Graphics".
