Mods that I have linked could get updated from time to time, I will make sure to update the mod priority list when needed.
Various mods could get removed in the future as I no longer think they are necessary/relevant.
To Launch the Classic version of the game without necessary new cdpr launcher, simply run the game by original 'W3.EXE'
Hell even create a shortcut to the desktop, steam is no longer required to launch the game. Steam W3 tested only.

Essentials
1. Mod Limit Fix
2. Merged Free DLC This is because Mod Limit fix will actually only increase your limit but up to 160 mods I think, with this merged FREE DLC we can still squeeze in a couple more mods.
3. Freecam and Debug Console for 1.32 Free Camera along with console. Console Commands List
4. Community Patch - Shared Imports Download 'v0.6 CLASSIC'. Requirement by Blitz and many other mods.
Essential Tools
1. The Witcher 3 Mod Manager Will help you sort out the priorities if ever needed.
2. Script Merger Usually not needed for Texture/Model mods but if you are planning on adding mods that you like more etc this will show you conflicts that could happen in-between.
ReShade
Enhanced Visuals Remastered Simple, very little FPS tax with a soft yet realistic look.
Enhanced Visuals 2 More advanced/demanding with plenty of additional effects for your screenarchery purposes.
Both of these will visually fix game's bad Sky Banding.
To Install:
Download either of them then open and extract all the files to .../Witcher 3/bin/x64/... where your 'witcher3.exe' is and replace if needed.
Both have 'Insert' Hotkey to Open/Close ReShade panel.
More information about hotkeys etc can be found in ReadMe.txt in both files.
Graphics
BlitzFX v0.4.3 A graphical overhaul that integrates modern state of the art rendering techniques into The Witcher 3.
Vonum Blitz Settings It is important that you have Blitz TAA chosen as your Anti-Aliasing.
(!)BlitzFX IS NOT REQUIRED BUT RECOMMENDED. Some people might not use it since it can tank a bit of FPS.
(!)Enhanced Visuals 2/Remastered ReShade is made so that it works well with or without BlitzFX.
Post Processing - Very Important to get the wanted results. Along with BlitzFX settings.
Motion Blur:ON
Blur:OFF
Anti-Aliasing:ON
Bloom:OFF
Sharpening:OFF or LOW
Ambient Occlusion:SSAO or HBAO+ (SSAO can be very much used with blitz for more FPS but have Physical Ambient Occlusion OFF)
Depth of Field:OFF or ON
Chromatic Abberation:ON
Vignette:OFF
Light Shafts:ON
Vonum PP settings Cutscene graphics enhanced To match Post Processing settings above(DoF is enabled in cutscenes), you also now have 2 choices; SSAO or HBAO+.
Vonum Graphical Settings Overhaul v0.9
(!)It is advised that you delete 'user.settings' in Witcher 3 documents folder when you first install this overhaul.
Expanded on the most important graphical options.
A lot more value choice.
How it will look in-game These are also my settings for gameplay.
Lighting
What I'm using for Main game and HoS is Hawk Lighting Made Complete version of Hawk's Natural LM by Lars, Hawkdawg88 the original mod author. (Has minor Visual bugs) In any case you can always change the weather through the game's console.
For Toussaint region Lima Lighting Made by WillyWonka. (100% Perfection)
My second favourite Verona Lighting Made Complete version of Willy's Verona by Lars, WillyWonka the original mod author.
Enhanced Visuals 2 v2.9 'Photorealistic Verona' Preset was used in the screenshot below.
Other Great in my opinion Lighting mods 1.32 Compatible Only!
IMMERSIVE LIGHTING NUDEL BOB CLOUDS Well balanced, a mix of realism and fantasy.
PHOENIX LIGHTING II Great vibrant colours.
MORE NATURAL VANILLA LIGHTING Subtle yet so good, for vanilla lighting fans.
RIDMAN ATMOSPHERIC LIGHTING Fantasy/Natural Mix
WIEDZMIN LIGHTING MOD Did my second playthrough with this one, greatness overall.
TOOKA LIGHTING More of a E3/Fantasy look. Fancy bloom.
ATMOSPHERIC LIGHTING Nice colour grading, blue/red/purple/brown.
WITCHER 2 LIGHTING Great Bloom and atmosphere. Works really well with EV2 ReShade presets.
Mods that will have the most impact on your hardware Consider not installing them.

My Absolute Cam Presets
Updated Vonum Camera Presets & Absolute Camera 3.1
To Install:
Extract two folders from the archive to your main Witcher 3 directory.
In-game go to Options>Mods>Absolute Camera>
Then go to every each one of the camera settings
and make sure they are all 'ON' and have 'Preset' chosen as their camera values!
ONCE DONE, RESET THE GAME.
Setup:
For Gameplay>Automatic Camera Centering:ON
Go to Options>Mods>Absolute Camera>AutoCenter&Pitch/FOV
Set to these:
Horizontal Auto Centering: Always ON
Min Pitch: -60
Max Pitch: 60
Desired Pitch Mode: Always ON
Desired Pitch: -3
FOV = 60
