A bug fixed fast travel mod，which can prevent bugs when you teleport too soon before you would trigger the following quest （only when you leave a specific location in the normal way will it trigger properly）

Next-Gen 4.04 Compatible
This mod will let you travel to the explored signposts from any place, don't have to do so at a signpost.
At the same time, it prevents a few bugs when you teleport too soon before you would trigger the following quest (only when you leave a specific location in the normal way will the quest triggers properly).
Such as:
1. Leave Triss's earliest house to trigger tracking beggars or thieves to King of Beggars;
2. After Killing Menge, leave the witch hunters' outpost to trigger Dijkstra's man taking you to see him;
etc.
If you teleport to leave rather than walk out in the normal way, the following quest won't be triggered, which means the task line of your current game archive may be broken.
Now when you're in some specific quest areas, fast travel will be prohibited.
Fast travel when you are riding on a horse will cause a camera bug, thanks to the codes from mod Intuitive Fast Travel by eNoodles, now it's solved.
Also revised the prompt text when fast travel is blocked to match what this mod changes.
