Adds a couple of visual effects to the Winter's Blade

The mod adds special effects to the Winter's Blade, given to you by Crach an Craite.
* The first effect will be activated when you have 0.1 adrenaline points, and the second - when you reach 1.0 adrenaline points.
* The stats of the sword weren't changed - there're other mods for that, e.g. Who Wants to Taste Skellige Steel.
* A console command for the sword is additem('q402 Skellige sword 3')
Installation:
Extract 'dlc' and 'mods' folders into your 'Witcher 3' folder and use Script Merger. Don't use any installation managers.
