Update and Content Patcher conversion for Penny Expanded by Wolvenlight that cleans up bugs and typoes, and deletes about half of the events, while keeping all of the new dialogue. Fixes the order and other requirements, for example the 2 heart group saloon event is supposed to only fire on Fridays, but in the old mod, fires on every day EXCEPT Fridays.

2 Heart Saloon: Penny is not really one of the gang but is trying. Her friendship with Sam is developed here.
3 Heart Museum: Penny displays her intelligence and gets a second job in the Museum (on top of being a teacher).
3 Heart (Pam) Town: Lighthearted scene where you get to know Pam a bit better.
5 Heart Saloon: Dark scene where Pam is drunk, and Penny finally is brave enough to call her out in front of everyone.
7 Heart Museum: Penny reconciles with Abigail a bit after not getting along well previously, however the two nerds find some common ground.
9 Heart Bus Stop: Pam goes overboard and has to be hospitalized. Some feels are had.
