This enables Wintersun blessings for (at least) the Azura statue in the bedroom of the museum.

Whenever I see a Statue of Azura, I want her blessings. The Azura Statue in the bedroom of the museum doesn't give one, so I added it.
Now, as a blessing addict or a true worshipper of Azura you can get her blessings from this statue. If you haven't finished the Vanilla quest The Black Star, you can use the book "Invocation of Azura" to become her follower.
If you come across more of her statues (or other statues) that need added blessings, please let me know.
