Activates the Azura Statue in Little Vivec to grant Wintersun blessings

Whenever I see a Statue of Azura, I want her blessings. But the one in Little Vivec doesn't give one, so I changed it. It is a very minor thing, but it doesn't make sense for Bal Ran to have her statue in his hut if he can't get her blessings.
Now, as a blessing addict or a true worshipper of Azura you can get her blessings from this statue. If you haven't finished the Vanilla quest The Black Star, you can use the book "Invocation of Azura" to become her follower.
If you come across more of her statues (or other statues) that need converting, let me know.
