Thank you! This worked perfectly. I used it for increased cast times. I think cast times are too fast in the game. It makes magic too powerful as a mage. Same for those OP NPC's.
This is an SKSE plugin that modifies ALL spells as they are added to the game. The other only edits certain spells. Any spell outside of the esp edit is untouched (Apocalypse, Mysticism, Odin, Forgotten Magic Redone, etc.).
I don't know what I am doing wrong but this does not work. I have everything I need to have and about 100 mods I have installed all work (I am no expert by any stretch of the imagination but I ain't no fool either). Neither does the faster spells and projectiles mod (the faster casting I don't want to use because it is op, imo).
