NAT - TrueStorms Compatibility Patch

Natural and Atmospheric Tamriel has always been my favorite weather mod by far, the weathers are so crisp and clear, the atmosphere it creates is just perfect for me. The only thing I found myself missing was the crazy intensity of True Storms, but I could never find a compatibility patch. So voila! I thought I would go ahead and make one myself.

It's a bit more than a drag-and-drop compatibility patch, though. I really wanted to keep the aspects that I loved from both, so I blended the lighting and effects of the stormy weathers from both mods together, while keeping all of NAT's region data intact so no other weathers are affected or overwritten. NAT makes a lot of detailed changes, so I was very selective about what I chose to merge, being careful not to overwrite any of NAT's features while still retaining True Storm's weathers. I ended up trying a few different things, so there are three different "blended" versions of the patch that each have a different aesthetic.

-Completely merges all audio from both mods into a single experience, including 30+ thunder sounds, interior rain, rain/snow particle effects, and wind/rain audio. All added thunder sounds from both NAT and True Storms were distributed evenly throughout all stormy weathers for maximum variety.
-Brings all of True Storm's particles and effects over into NAT's stormy weathers to amp up the intensity of your storms.
-Redistributes all of True Storm's unique weathers into NAT's region data without overwriting any other weathers, and tweaks their rarity to help them blend in seamlessly with NAT's unique weather system.
-Comes in three versions for visual preference.
All three versions contain all of the above features, they simply change the "aesthetic" of your stormy weathers purely by tweaking things like ambient lighting, coloring, fog settings, etc. None of NAT's distinct features have been altered.
Here's an overview of what the three versions do:

-Dark and Stormy Version- Keeps almost all of the ambient lighting and coloring from NAT stormy/rainy weathers, while still combining the particles and thunder/interior rain sounds of True Storms. If you were mainly looking for a version that just integrated True Storm's particle effects and audio into NAT's stormy weathers, then this is the version for you.
-Eerie Skies Version- Blends more of the ambient lighting and effects from True Storms into NAT's stormy/rainy weathers, as well as the particle effects and thunder/interior rain sounds of True Storms.
-True Storms Pure Version- Keeps the storms from True Storms exactly as-is without incorporating any blending and merging them in with NAT's other weathers. If you like the eerie blue atmosphere of vanilla storms, this is a good option for you. However, please keep in mind that this may cause some harsh transitions with NAT's other unique weathers.

The video below compares each standalone mod and both versions of the patch to hopefully give a good impression of what they change. The audio didn't turn out that great, unfortunately, so the epic thunder sounds from True Storms are kind of hard to hear. But they are there in game, I promise :)

The video was shot with only an ENB (SkyrimSE Re-Engaged) and Enhanced Lights and FX, although I would like to note that in the two shots for both patches I also had Minty lightning loaded, as I thought that it went really well with the aesthetic of the merge and I just love its intensity. Just keep in mind that NAT does have its own lightning effects too! So you don't need any other lightning mods if you want lightning in your storms, I just find Minty's lightning to be insanely epic. It's completely compatible with both mods and this patch, if you'd like to try it out for yourself.

Installation and Load Order
The patch requires both NAT and TrueStorms to be loaded, and they should be loaded like this in your load order:

If you are updating to a newer version, simply uninstall the old one and install the newer version. This is completely safe to do mid-game.

Make sure you only choose one of the six versions of the patch provided. The optional Water's Edge Fix versions are identical to the original main files, they simply directly incorporate LoD7995's fix in with the merge for those users that were still getting the blocky water edges. If you are using one of those versions, you no longer need to load his Water's Edge Fix patch.

This patch basically combines NAT and True Storms into a single weather mod, so it will not be compatible with any mods that alter region or weather records. A few examples are:

-All other weather mods.
-Darker Nights - A patch is now available as an option with the Darker Nights download, covering all versions. Thanks a ton Unforbidable for making an official patch :)
-Water's Edge Fix - Three extra versions are included as standalone files that are identical to the three main versions, only they also directly incorporate LoD7995's Water's Edge Fix. The only reason I've included three more separate versions instead of including the fix directly into the original versions is because, as stated in LoD's description, the water's edge fix works by drastically decreasing the amount of fog in all weathers. So, for those that don't mind losing the foggy aesthetic in a lot of their stormy/foggy weathers, then this is a great option. However, I know that a lot of people are willing to deal with that blocky water edge in order to keep their foggy weathers (myself included), so I made sure to keep the original files untouched with all their fogginess intact :)
-Wet & Cold - Almost fully compatible, it only changes weather records for ash storms in Solstheim. I've created a standalone compatibility patch between True Storms and Wet&Cold that will work perfectly with this setup, as NAT does not touch any of the region data in Solstheim. The standalone patch can be found here.
-Minty's Lightning  - 100% compatible with everything, as it only adds its own new effects into the game. However, there are a few unique stormy weathers in both NAT and True Storms that would not receive the new lightning effects without a patch, so I've created one here to carry those over.
-Audio Overhaul  - Incompatible due to some sound edits AOS makes to the region data, but I've included a compatibility patch to remedy this. This patch can safely replace all other AOS patches that you might have been previously using for NAT, True Storms, or both.
-Sounds of Skyrim - All versions  - All Sounds of Skyrim plugins are incompatible due to some sound edits that they also make to the region data. I've included a compatibility patch for Sounds of Skyrim Complete, but please do keep in mind that this patch will not work for any of the standalone SoS versions (like The Wilds). This patch can safely replace all other SoS patches that you might have been previously using for NAT, True Storms, or both.
