So before you download this preset you'll need a few mods and optionally doodlum's full suite of community shader addons.

INSTALLATION

1. Download my RAID Weathers - Volumetrics & Apocrypha file with your mod manager of choice and then manually install my Cerulean Reshade preset into SkyrimSE.exe's folder (should look like this, steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition)

2. Download Reshade with full addon support and once installed open the reshade_setup.exe and select Skyrim's main executable

3. Select your rendering API (it should be automatically detected) and skip preset to install 

4. Choose all effect packages and and upon installation close the reshade_setup.exe

5. Once you've launched the game open reshades GUI menu, select my preset from the preset drop-down menu and then you're good to go.
 
Plugin Load Order
RAID Weathers.esp
RAID Weathers - lower saturation.esp (load in any order after the main plugin)
RAID Weathers - Volumetrics & Apocrypha.esp (load in any order after the main plugin)
Mists of Tamriel for RAID weathers.esp (load in any order after the main plugin) 
raid nights.esp (load last)
