I have a bunch more mods that are conflicting and causing issues in the area, but I thought I would release this part of the fix as stand alone. I tested the area with these 3 plugins loaded in a separate profile and its working nicely.

Tes Vernim Wood.esp
DMBTESVernimwoodNavFixes.esp
You can put stuff inbetween each patch but they have to be in that order relative to each other.
Careful when merging this one, as it's a Navmesh fix. It can be merged fine as along as what you are merging it with doesn't have a navmesh conflict in the same cells. Check in xEdit.
