About this mod
Cool mod, but has a lot of minor things to do to really get it "finished. So this is my ongoing finalization patch for it. It will cover: Quests, Navmesh, Voice acting, NPC races/appearance, a crime system and perhaps even unique dragons. This will make a new baseline for fixes and compatibility patches for mods requiring or conflicting with this.

I then noticed a bunch of NPCs had nord voices, and sometimes were silent. The main quest NPCs however are all voiced. I also noticed some of the texture mapping on the rocks was a bit.. off. As well as some important NPCs were not set to persistent which could have actually messed up some quests. And then when learning how to dialogue in Creation Kit by going through this mod's and the vanilla game files. I noticed that a lot of the main quest dialogues have no "emotion" values set to them, as well as almost all the NPCs added to the desert are set to "Imperial" race. As such more is coming in the future. I have already gotten 5 or 6 people willing to join in for voice acting.
Version 2.0.1, the first release of this improves 4 navmeshes in the desert world space as well as sets two guards with quests and I believe the final boss NPC, to Persistent which may help some specific dialogues or quest events show up.
