I got tired of NPCs constantly chattering about mudcrabs, goblins and syndicates of wizards when talking to each other. So, I decided to replace their dialogue with something a little less repetitive.
Only affects the generic chatter from Cyrodiil. Ignores the dialogue from the Shivering Isles and between members of specific factions, such as the Blades, DB members, or the unnamed wizards at the Arcane University.
