Overview:

Love them or hate them the Khans have been a part of fallout since the beginning, they're assholes to outsiders but they're cool once you get to know them. The Khans don't have an actual safehouse, technically the armory IS the safehouse but that's just a poor excuse.

You ever hear that whenever walking around Red Rock Canyon? Always kinda bugged me these guys never had a place to drink so I changed that. 

Features:
+
 Long House - The hangout spot for Big Papa is now a proper long house with a Booze and Food vendor.
Red Rock Drug Lab - Now has adobe buildings WITH worldspace interiors! no load screens.
+ Armory - Complete overhaul to look like an actual raider armory adobe style.
Safe house - Once you have liked reputation you can purchase deed on the notice board in the armory. Activating decor options
Return of the Scouts - Once you finish Don't Make a Beggar of Me and Oh My Papa the scouts will return home to the canyon.
Campground Additions - Added pottery and clutter that fits the classic fallout vibe.
+ New Booze - Red on the Rocks Wasteland Tequila and Whiskey now served exclusively at the Great Khan Longhouse.
+ Book Collector - Collect all skill mags and books to display in your Safehouse.
+ Coffee Maker - Brew a cuppa joe or mix it with some booze to spice things up at the safehouse.
+ Selectable posters - Choose what poster you want displayed inside the safehouse.
+ Chem Lab - Complete Abba Dabba Honeymoon and get a chemlab and more.
+ Dead Money Vending machine - Once you finish dead money a prompt will appear to purchase one [3k sm chips]
+ Tuneable Radio - Choose your favorite radio station.
Weapon Display - Display some guns in your room.
The Wasteland Garage - Iykyk. Good place to keep your crap stored or a car. Tested and works with drivable vehicle mods :)
  Quality of Life feature: Buy the Garage Key FOB in the armory to close/open door.
  Default key is "Enter" change keybind ln_dlpnd_keyfob.txt

Barber Mirror - Change your hairstyle with a straight razor requirement.
         Quality of Life feature: Straight razor holder so you don't have to keep it in your inventory simply activate to store.
SnowGlobes - Collect and display those little globes
         [SG may cause performance issues use this mod by Radioactivelad if you notice fps tanking]
Customize - Once you buy the safehouse key customization options will appear such as:
 Decorate home with headmounts or plants or both
 Move the armory workbenches to the garage
 Display your power armor and weapons
 Exterior Decor to the safehouse 

++ LITE version - Don't want to overhaul the whole place? try the lite version

This version ONLY touches the Burned down house and Armory. 
This version will get bug support but I will not be adding anything else.

New Game Required
Generating LODs is ABSOLUTELY required or adobe buildings will pop in. Viva New Vegs has a step by step Guide here.

DO NOT
 file a bug report if it's a mod conflict.
Let me know in the comments if you find a conflict or compatibility with another mod so I may add it to the list.
IF I use the mod I'll make a patch for it.

YUP - For some reason it touches 2 floors tiles in the Armory so you will notice a flicker if my mod is not loaded afterwards. idk man.
Classic Adobe Buildings in Mojave Patch - Removes edits to Red Rock Canyon. Cleaned esp. flagged as esm for navmesh preservation. disable original mods esp you STILL need the original mods BSA files for this version to work. yes its an esp but its marked as an esm in xEdit. This way it will work out the box for people using the original mod. simply change .esp to .esm if you choose to do so idc. 
Vurt - ONLY Moves tree out of the way at the safehouse. If you know what you are doing this is easy to do yourself just make the edit to the same trees in Xedit, this patch is for the lazy.

Q&A:

Q: Uhh akshulee since when can a raider faction have the time to make buildings?
A: My Lore reason: The Great khans have been aided by the FOA before [future depending on your actions]; Jack in the drug lab said they have provided literature on useful information and with some help from the Followers they made a few adobe structures. 
Technical reason: Originally alongside the lore reason the mod was going to have you bribe the khans into doing manual labor with huge amounts of booze to replace the burnt down house but I ran into an issue with the lights in the garage not being able to be disabled so I opted out all that extra scripting work.

If these answer are insufficient enough for you keep it to yourself idc. No ones making you download the mod.
