Makes it so Ordinators will not kill you for wearing Indoril armor once you have been named Nerevarine by Vivec, or if you are Master or Patriarch of the Temple.

Thank you to PikachunoTM for allowing me to use his start script from Better Stackable Ordinator Armor. I edited it so the ordinators will still know you're wearing the armor so they can react disapprovingly.

Changelogs
Version 1.6
Removed "SetFight 100" from vanilla greetings for parity with Patch for Purists
Version 1.5
Fixed the greeting bug
Removed the stackable scripted armor fix as this will be fixed in OpenMW 0.46.0 anyway.
Removed the version number from the title of the .esp
Version 1.2
Added a startscript based on the one by PikachunoTM from his "Better Stackable Ordinator Armor" mod to make the armor stackable. This mod will still be compatible with mods that affect the armor itself.
Added dialogue acknowledging your status as Archcanon if you have completed the relevant ebony mail quest. (TT_Assarnibibi).
Once Vivec has named you Nerevarine, Ordinators will not try to kill you for speaking to them whilst wearing Indoril armor.
If you are Master or Patriarch of the Tribunal Temple, they will say:
"Disrespectful outlander! The armor you wear is sacred to our Order. Were you not *Master/Patriarch* of the Temple, I would kill you where you stand!"
and you will get a disposition drop and a force goodbye.
Compatibility
1.0 Won't be compatible with anything that changes the Ordinator's vanilla greeting line for if you're wearing Indoril armor. This could cause the PC to be able to wear the armor if they are Master/Patriarch UNTIL they are Nerevarine. Solutions I can think of to guard against this potential incompatibility would be adding a new line specifically for when the player is the Nerevarine and wearing the armor (I'm open to suggestions) or use of a startsscript to detect when the PC is not Master or Patriarch of the Temple (but would there be any noticeable performance hit?).
1.1 + 1.2 Should be compatible with pretty much everything but contains the "greeting bug" mentioned in Bugs and Comments.
1.5 Won't be compatible with anything that changes the Ordinator's vanilla greeting line for if you're wearing Indoril armor. Unlike in 1.0, this will simply stop the mod working.
Installation
