A rather modest – but fully walled in- settlement with only the basics. I went easy on the décor as I tried to keep the mod count to a minimum. Plenty of food, water and defense. Turrets and some guard posts. But only a tiny generator. 12 beds only. And no workbenches apart from the native one. You get one general trader in the house on the hill. And two tier 1 bars in the house on the left. There’s room for more next to the kitchen.
Directions: Scrap the houses and everything in- and around them. Clear the perimeter of everything. Look at the first picture to get an idea. Some of the trees are stubborn. You can get rid of them by using the console: “markfordelete” > Enter > “disable” > Enter
DO NOT scrap any of the low stone walls. I’ve used some for the pond. Likewise do not scrap any terrain plots. The pond area can easily be scrapped by accident.
This mod was made on a Next-Gen Install. But I cannot see why it should not be compatible with Pre-Next-Gen installs.
Make sure to check "Import markers". If you don't there won't be any water in the pond.
