Two small interior cells are missing proper navmesh, so companions are not able to navigate these cells. This fixes that.

Version 1.0
Initial Release
Two small one-room interior cells are missing proper navmesh. They are RelayTowerInt17, which is the basement in Shaw High School where the Super Mutant radio is being broadcast from, and RelayTowerInt12, which is the old but still accessible military bunker at the Fort Hagen Satellite Array (not the Rust Devil's HQ, but the original cell for the Array). Not having navmesh will keep any NPCs from being able to use these cells.
I've generated new navmesh for these two cells, and companions can now join the player when visiting those cells. There are no NPCs in the cells, so really, you don't need this mod, but for immersion it's better that this was fixed.
The mod is a simple .esl file with no archives, so will load high, and shouldn't conflict with anything.
I give permission to the UFO4P or CFM teams to use this if they want, and to anyone who wants to upload it to Bethnet for console users.
