There are a couple of piers in east Boston that looked like they would make for a nice little settlement. So I made one. And now includes immersive repair, plus updated scrap recipes, and updated scripts for claiming the workshop and disposing of old corpses. Both the warehouse and pier shack are repairable.

I've included the warehouse door fix so you don't need my other mod that does that, but if you have it, this will also edit the door and make it inaccessible until you repair it.

The FOMOD includes previs patches for PRP .74, the vanilla game. If you want the version that supports CRP 7.0, please use version 1.2.

A lot of the trash, seaweed and other items are all scrapable. Sometimes you just have to select the right item and it will scrap everything its lined to (updated - now most everything is also individually scrapable). For instance, to clean up all the trash, scrap the floating trashcan near the south pier, and to scrap all the fish, scrap the big fish carcasses. There are also scrap targets for the seaweed.

This is an original work ... using the custom settlement building tutorial for build areas, etc., and Pra's script to create a custom workshop border. Very few new assets, and only a handful of new objects, but I did move some things around, and added scrap recipes or replaced statics with scrapables for a lot of the objects, and used linked refs on most of the scrapables. - I did include Aurie's repaired small warehouse doors for the pier shack.
