About this mod
This is my blueprint for The Right Track settlement, i always like settlements where they are lore friendly look-wise, as well as where the settlers can navigate and don't stand frozen in place which for me IT IS INFURIATING.

The idea of this blueprint is for your companion Mccready to have his own place, and since he is a mercenary, the Mercs for Hire came to fruition.

How to import :
Travel to the location and build Transfer Settlements Terminal and load the tape, detailed instructions on this process can be found on the Transfer Settlements mod page.
Before importing manually scrap all objects, and to ensure the settlement imports correctly first scrap everything with "Nuke settlement (all items linked to the workshop)" option in the holotape, then enable the following options from within the holotape:

How to install :
- Either install with a Mod Manager or extract the files and copy to your Fallout 4 root folder.
- Ensure you have Transfer Settlements, HUDFramework and F4SE installed.
- The blueprint uses Slot 22, if you have an existing blueprint using this slot you will need to move the blueprint .json file to different folder.

- Enable "Import DLC items / Import mod-added items".
- Enable "Import wired power connections".
- Enable "Restore snapped power connections".
