I always found The Third Rail and it's inhabitants charming. So you can imagine my disappointment over only needing to set foot into the location three or four times throughout a playthrough. I made this mod so that I and others could enjoy the ambience of The Third Rail more without feeling like it was a waste of their time. Now, going back to base to drop off junk and upgrade equipment can be your excuse to hear Goodneighbor's songbird more often.

=WHAT THIS MOD DOES=
>Adds a workshop to the interior of The Third Rail, behind Magnolia's stage, accessible through what used to be the bar's storage closet. -Workshop is a nearly fully featured*. You can recruit settlers, set up farms (assuming you can build planters or dirt for them), and generate water and junk. -Caution is advised when recruiting settlers. Playtesting hasn't gone beyond five settlers as the space is quite cramped if overpopulated. >Adds a fast travel marker to the map that will teleport you to The Third Rail's interior. >Can now fast travel from within The Third Rail's interior.
*The settlement will not be the target of random attacks or quests.
=KNOWN ISSUES=
Recruits and companions cannot be sent to The Third Rail without you owning another Settlement as well. Once you have unlocked any other workshop, The Third Rail will start appearing as a possible destination.
=COMPATABILITY=
This mod doesn't play nice with any other mods that change The Third Rail's interior. Make sure this loads AFTER any other mod that effects The Third Rail's interior, but load any other mod that adds scripts or models to BEFORE this mod.
