Lots of scavenging stations, was originally scavenging settlement, but upgraded with merchants now. didn't farm it before...still didn't put one in, just the passive honey, can trade with ten pines or you can feel free to put in some crops.
console delete lockers.
Make the lot look like last picture,.... one of the large rocks on the left needs to be deleted.
Delete the trees along the north wall from western guard shack entrance to the eastern wall,...might be okay to leave them?
The scrap recycler next to armor workbench didn't show up in the requirements, it's been added.
This is a Minuteman outpost in my game, never showed it much love. just the basic layout and a big gun.
removed big gun and faction beds for blueprint and gave it some long overdue attention.
