A clean, leveled outpost plan that supports 12/24/36 soldiers. At Level 1, includes a Caravan, Armory, Watchtower, and Communications. Becomes a Defense, Power, and Water exporter at later levels. Includes Agility + Military Training, a Mess Hall, and a Hospital.

"Well, Egret Tours Marina USED to be the quintessential industrial-commercial complex, but seems the Gunners have a hard-on for trying to take it. Do they not make beer-battered fish wraps in Province Bay? Really…?
Oh well. Outpost it is, then! Goodbye pier-side diner. Goodbye outdoor eateries. The Chief, (that’s me) says it’s time for a makeover, and I’m thinking… brick—rustic red. Oh, and guns!
Watch as the bricks are shipped in. See the main building repaired? Well, and a couple floors added. Gunners, who? I'd like to see them shoot through THESE brick walls. Reinforced with steel, of course.
What's that? We need more power? No, we don't. I set them up with an F.C. Generator. Still not enough? Fine, start with coal, work their way up. Maybe pass some of that extra power around. HQ could always use more. Add some water purifiers while you're at it.
Alright, brick, brick, and more brick, check. Did you get the guns? Mm...add more. Perfect."

You need to convert settlements to outposts using the War Planner’s Desk to access Outpost plans. The War Planner’s Desk is unlocked in Chapter 3. After converting the settlement to an outpost, select the outpost plan from the city planner’s desk.
