did not load... i finally got to Egret and started the settlement, this option did not appear in the City Plans list. so... conflict , time to wait, bug, quest req, lvl, or just something in the Bethsadda programming? this seems like the right thing to do...the Fort idea thing that is. installing it of course.
LVL 3 definitely seems to chug a bit. I've found turning off clutter in the SS2 settings helps. Otherwise seemed to do great with fast travel. Would love any feedback you have as you play with it yourself!
speaking of clutter. what's the setting path to get there to turn it off. please i feel inept sometimes going through menu after menu looking for seemingly obscure settings. just part of aging and brain damage i suppose.
