Outpost settled in the ruins of the Boston Library. Has a player bed and homes and beds for 18 support staff and 40 soldiers in level 3.

A plan for an outpost in the Boston area. You require Pra's Boston Public Library settlement for this to work. And I would strongly suggest also loading the extra files for the chandeliers.
Your army has reclaimed the Library and is now slowly cleaning up and creating places for sleep, training and eating.
The plan has a small home and features all vanilla & the robotic workbench in level 3. It also includes all the new plot types from chapter 3 and training opportunities for every S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stat.
Additional to the Field Hospital it also has a regular Hospital to bring healthcare to your surrounding settlements.
Every level adds beds for 10 soldiers, while the support staff goes 6/10/15/18.
Potential Problems
If there is a problem with the automatic wiring, try re-wiring or manual wiring for the problem spots.
One plot requires the CCC Slocum Joes Coffee another the CCC Arkade Worshop Pack, if you don't have it, the game will simply pick another recreation plot.
