This is a Transfer Settlements Blueprint for the vanilla Oberland Station settlement location.
Oberland Station, originally just a small rest stop for caravans crossing the Charles River, eventually became a trading post in its own right once the Commonwealth stabilized after the Institute's defeat.
Old shipping containers from the railway become both the walls of the settlement and its domiciles. Fully enclosed, Oberland Station does not present an easy target, deterring most small time raiders from even bothering.
I don't do a lot of interior decorating. Also my builds don't normally accommodate +20 NPCs. The game wasn't built for it/handles it terribly so I try to keep them somewhat modest in size.
