PREVIEW:

DESCRIPTION:
This mod adds a standalone replica of the Peacekeeper from Battlefield 1, complete with an extensive animation and sound set. You cannot fathom the amount of work I've put into this. I'd never dreamed that making this was possible, but I've finally done it. Please read everything.

After many months of hard work, I present to you what is no doubt the highlight of my animating career: the legendary Peacekeeper from Battlefield 1. The Peacekeeper is Battlefield's version of the "Peacemaker," nickname of the Colt Single Action Army.

It is rare nowadays to find a weapon mod with ZERO attachments, but I hope I can just get away with it.

The Peacekeeper features a full - and I mean FULL - replica of the animations from BF1. This includes full movement, firing, multiple equips, six reload variations, and seven sprint variations. There are so many animations that it's impossible for the poor creation engine to play them at once. Therefore, I have split it up into three animation sets - from mild to wild - customisable at the workbench. Each set has its own equips, reload variations, and sprint variations. Unfortunately, only two reloads are possible at a time (which is already miles better than the vanilla one reload), which means the full reload will replace three rounds every time, while the empty reload will of course replace all six.

If you look hard enough, you may also find some hidden animations in the files...

I've also prepared an extensive sound set, with multiple sound "environments" to chose from: Field, Forest, Desert/Snow, and Urban, all with indoor sounds as well. Chose the sound set that best fits your Commonwealth environment via the workbench.

Usual damage modifiers from Level 1 to Level 4 are present.

Finally, a marvellous texture set kindly made by dpillari. Choose between the main, pearl-grip skin or the optional, lore-friendly SAA skin.

REQUIREMENTS:
Tactical Reload. Now I have supplied a NON-TR patch, but I've also spent an unimaginable amount of work on this and I'd like you to enjoy all 6 of the reload variations rather than only the 3 empty reloads. Please understand my heartfelt request.

Also type "fov 80 (desired fov)" into the console to display the animations correctly.
Example: fov 80 120

RECOMMENDED MODS:
Unlimited Sprint
Smooth First Person Sprint
RAW INPUT
Patch for Smooth First Person Sprint and Raw Input
PBR Materials Project

INCOMPATIBILITY:
Uneducated Shooter - QE Leaning and Gun Inertia
While technically compatible, it will not play well with my custom turn animations.

OBTAINING THE WEAPON:
I hope you know morse code...
Only joking. Console commands only. Simply enter into the console, "help PEACEKEEPER 4 WEAP" to find the ID. Then enter, "additem (ID) 1"
