another quick little build
Ok so for those the don't watch the videos what i mean as far as simple is in settlement content such as it only has a bar , stores, clinic, farm and homes it has nothing to do with mods required and if you look at any of my other builds i have got from 20 required to between 8 and 10 so i hope this makes things clear
Manually Scrap everything but the screen and the diner
