so this is just a simple settlement nothing fancy no huge city just Sunshie Tidings with a little extra
so all i really done was scrapped everything then rebuilt it in the same style as it was
why scrap it all well i was able to build those same cabins plus was able to make little bit longer ones for the bar greenhouse etc
plus there is still alot of room for you to add your personnel touches
