This Save File has 16 mods, since my character's name is charmony and i used Charmony's preset from SinSinNatiJerms, this file is pretty much neutral to the Minutemen, Railroad and Brotherhood of Steel while having destroyed The Institute. The time has come to help one settlement that is unique for what it will be for it's population in the nearby future. I'm also planning on making this into a Blue Print, which was done yesterday. I hope you find satisfaction in my blueprint, while i have unlock 17 settlements, more are out there and there is pretty much exploring to be done so there.
