Archive where I will store and share my 'Phase One' settlement blueprints. These will typically be the condition in which I would expect to see a settlement on, or shortly after arrival in-game...if the base game is a 'blank slate', these are more a 'foundation level'.
They should 'make-sense' for the location, provide the basics of food, water and defence, but, aren't personalised, so for me in any given future playthrough I can continue the builds with a specific faction or RP theme, at an appropriate time,...without having to redo the more tedious 'from ground up' stage.

The only downside is having to scrap to a degree as TS doesn't do that for us.

1. Sanctuary by Nora: Replaces the player-house, and upgrades the Rosa-house and the one nearest the bridge. Scrap the entire player-house and foundations, scrap the roofs of the other two houses, and then I'd recommend doing a post-import tidy up scrap/move sweep of the three houses as I've replaced or re-used some furnishings, and this gives you the choice of using what I've added/moved, or, reverting to original layout, or scrapping the lot and decorating as you please.
The build is enough to complete Sturges Sanctuary quest.

2. Red Rocket by Nora: Largely encloses the perimeter with locally scavenged materials and cars that 200 years of post-war transient folks could be expected to have done. I pretty much clear the whole perimeter of bushes, trees, the static lamposts and so on but should be OK to import and then tidy to your own taste.
This is pretty basic as I use Red Rocket as a resource 'dump' and sometimes as a player-home or trader hub for the Bunker Hill special item. There are three look-out posts for defence 6 which for my purposes are cosmetic, but would help with a start-up settlement.

3. Abernathy Farm by Nora: Replaces the perimeter and provides basic turret defences, water and power to make the farm feel established.
Adds a lot of farm resources as I use a modified Fallout 4 Loot Overhaul, and all farm plants produce 0.25 food in my game and can not be harvested by the PC.

Requirements for all three are in screenshots. Sanctuary needs a lot, but several, like Salvage Beacons are obviously optional.
