About this mod

This is just a simple blueprint for Sanctuary Hills I did for my current game and decided to share it with anyone who's interested. This file will use the #1 folder in Transfer Settlement Blueprints.

So I decided to tryout Transfer settlements for the first time as I was quite tired of building settlements from scratch. But I really couldn't find any blueprints that fit my playstyle so I decided to build my own and share it with anyone who wants to give it a try. This is actually the first file I've ever uploaded I hope you enjoy.

I also wanted to note I used Items from a few of the Creation Club content.
