Food and accommodation for 35+, and nice, big solid walls to hide behind. What more could you ask for?

I built this with the aid of Neeher's excellent All Settlements Extended - Player's Choice. It should behave without it, but if you want to modify or add anything outside of the normal vanilla build zone, you may have issues. I mean come ON, people - it's a WASTELAND. It's not like there's no room.

For those of you who have been wondering why my screenshots look the way they do: By far and away the mod that makes the single biggest difference to the look of my game has got to be Game Duchess' Fallout 4 Seasons. That will give you the ground, plant and tree textures you see in the pics. If you spot any other differences between your game and mine, let me know and I'll figure out which mod is responsible and update this with the info

You may also want Settlement Sandbox Expansion by axle356258 so your settlers have the freedom to go where they're supposed to go, instead of just standing around.
