The Abernathy farm is shit, its totally shit and making a vanilla settlement is not like "it just works". WE need a settlement that we can make money out of, a settlement that is worth defending and a settlement that DOES not take your frame rate and eats it for breakfast. There are 20+ residential plot this where the peasants sleep -(Preston Garvey), 5+ commercial plot this is where peasants sells their peasant items (Mexican trespasser- ARTURO) and 5+ Industrial plots.
