None of my blueprints are designed to be pretty... :)
What they are designed to be is to not require all DLC, two mods maximum required, easily defensible,
stay within the 'Vanilla' game budget and have everything you need.

All 'Forts' & 'Castles' have a minimum of -
- 20 Beds
- 20 Water (Better Generators)
- 20+ Food
- 2 Stores
- All crafting workbenches

The mods listed above are the only ones used for all of the blueprints.
In most of my builds I have cleared almost everything except for those settlements that require certain items left so as to not interfere with the games scripting... and many of my blueprints require minimal scraping... what can I say, I'm lazy. :D

Installation
The folder needs to be extracted and placed in your 'Transfer Settlements' folder. 7zip
/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout4/Data/F4SE/plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints/
