Warwick Homestead is another no-brainer like The Slog...
But for those that are not into building settlements, and so I eventually have one of every settlement in the Commonwealth,
I thought I would add it. :)
This 'Fort' has -
- 119 Defense
- 20 Beds
- 26 Water (Better Generators )

Clean out both buildings you can see in the photos completely. You may want to grab the mini-nuke from the 3rd building northwest before you put this blueprint down. ;)
I have never had even a Radiant spawn attack here. But with one way in and one way out, it shouldn't be difficult with minimal defenses.
Installation
The folder needs to be extracted and placed in your 'Transfer Settlements' folder. 7zip
/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout4/Data/F4SE/plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints/
