My solution to National Park Visitor's Center. Easily defensible. Only Transfer Settlements & Far Harbor required. Now updated with Transfer Settlements V1.45.

Fort National
Tired of using so much of your settlement budget building a defensible perimeter? I did. So now I use my settlements as my perimeter. I know of the mod to expand the settlement budget, but I saw it as a challenge to make all of my 'Forts' keep within the game budget using only what I actually scrounged.
This 'Fort has -
- 172 Defense
- 20 Beds
- 24 Water (Better Generators )
- 21 Food
- 3 Stores.
- All crafting workbenches.

Clear the ground floor and around the main building.
Installation
The folder needs to be extracted and placed in your 'Transfer Settlements' folder. 7zip
/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout4/Data/F4SE/plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints/
