The Slog Settlement. Easily defensible. Only two mods required. No DLC required. Now updated with Transfer Settlements V1.48.

Permissions and credits
Fort Slog

The Slog is a bit of a no-brainer...
But for those that are not into building settlements, and so I eventually have one of every settlement in the Commonwealth,
I thought I would add it. :)

This 'Fort' has -

  • 206 Defense
  • 20 Beds
  • 26 Water (Better Generators )
  • 27 Food
  • 6 Stores
  • All crafting workbenches

Required Mods

Transfer Settlements
Better Vendor Stalls

Recommended Mods

Spring Cleaning
Better Generators
Longer Power Lines

Additional Fort Slog Notes

Wiseman did have a dream of a trading hub... :)

The only spawned attacks I have ever seen run straight at the front door. Nice of them. ;)
What you WILL get is MOBs pulled into the settlement by the Bunker Hill traders and your own provisioners.
If you set up a supply line from Greentop they will drag just about anything along the way to your doorstep.
From Finch's Farm a provisioner will agro the Forged and bring them along as well.

The only partial solution to this problem I have found is to arm and armour your provisioners on those routes VERY heavily.
I gave one a Gauss Gun and heavy armour, he seemed to enjoy it... and he pulled less MOBs to the settlement... :D

*** IMPORTANT *** Before you put down this blueprint...
... while all the ghouls are working with the crops you will need to scrap EVERYTHING inside.
Furniture, beds, toilet stalls, shower fittings, overhead lights... the lot!

Installation

The folder needs to be extracted and placed in your 'Transfer Settlements' folder. 7zip

If you like this design could you hit that little 'Endorse' button for me? I would really appreciate it. :)

My other 'Vanilla' Blueprints.
None of my blueprints are designed to be pretty...  :)
What they are designed to be is to not require all DLC, two mods maximum required, easily defensible,
stay within the 'Vanilla' game budget and have everything you need.
