About this mod
Outpost Zimonja in a 'Fort' configuration. Easily defensible. No DLC required. Only Transfer Settlements and one other mod required. Inside the Vanilla settlement budget.

Over the Christmas break I went back and had another look at my 'Castles' to see if they could be improved by a 'Fort' configuration.
It has been over a year since I first built them and I have learned a few tricks since then...and because I love building stuff... ;)
Five of them, I think, are a huge improvement. -

This 'Fort' has -
- 202 Defense
- 20 Beds
- 24 Water (Better Generators )
- 22 Food
- 3 Stores.
- All crafting workbenches.

If you follow the Railroad line of quests this is easily the worst place to establish 'Mercer Safehouse'.
Extremely small and the worst terrain possible for setting up the Relay.
After my first few playthroughs I made a point of opening this workshop when I first visit Tenpines, just so I would not get it for the quest. After that P.A.M usually gave me Sunshine Tidings Co-op as the location for the Safehouse. Having said that, this game P.A.M gave me Hangman's Alley. :D
If you wish for a better selection of locations for Mercer Safehouse, make a save before returning to Railroad HQ after the escort mission with H2-22 and High Rise. Once you are back in Railroad HQ after that mission the site selection is unchangeable.
Installation
The folder needs to be extracted and placed in your 'Transfer Settlements' folder. 7zip
